Refund policy

The fastest way to return: Start your return in minutes with our self-serve return portal — just enter your order number to begin.

We want you to love your space. If something isn't right, we're here to help — and returns are on us. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to start a return.

Free 30-day returns. Changed your mind, or it doesn't fit your space? Return any unused item in its original condition and packaging within 30 days and we cover the return shipping — no restocking fees. Start your return at the portal above, or email hello@truestow.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item. If your item arrives damaged or defective, or it's not what you ordered, email a quick photo to hello@truestow.com and we'll make it right immediately — a free replacement or a full refund, with no need to ship anything back.

Refunds. Once we've received and inspected your return — or confirmed a damaged or defective item — we'll let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

A few exceptions. Gift cards and final-sale items can't be returned, and items must be unused and in their original packaging.
